A fun day of health and healing for the whole family, including:
Massage, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Homeopathy.
Adult Yoga 1.00pm Children Yoga 12.00pm, wear loose clothes.
Healthy meal demonstration
Children’s Arts and Crafts – Paints, paper, clay & recycled objects. Facilitators will support children in letting their imaginations go wild!
Food, Cafe, Raffle and a variety of stalls.
